Liability
Rosenite.com, shall not be liable to any purchaser, or other person, for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, and or strict liability.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery are subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

International Orders
It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult merchandise. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country. Nor will we be responsible for Duty fees or Customs fees. This is rarely a problem, but if you place an order and take a chance ... it is at YOUR own risk.

Backorders
All items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be informed before any further processing. If you do not want to back-order an out of stock item(s) you, your money will be fully refunded within 24 hours.
